Refund & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

ERD Studio operates on a monthly subscription basis. Plan pricing is as follows:

2. Automatic Renewal

  • Paid plans automatically renew on your monthly billing date.
  • Renewal payments are processed automatically through Paddle.
  • To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the billing date.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation is not immediate — you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
  • No refund is issued for cancellation. (See the Refund Policy below if you wish to request a refund.)

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of payment.

  • Refund requests are only accepted within 72 hours of payment.
  • Refund amounts are calculated on a pro-rata basis, with a minimum of 1 day of usage deducted.
  • Upon refund completion, your account immediately reverts to the Free plan.
  • Refunds are not available after 72 hours. For exceptional circumstances, please contact us by email.

5. Refund Calculation

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

Days Used = MAX(1, Refund Request Date − Payment Date)

Daily Rate = Payment Amount ÷ Actual Days in Billing Month

Refund Amount = Payment Amount − (Daily Rate × Days Used)

Example (Plus, $9, February billing)

• Payment: Feb 1 / Refund Request: Feb 4 (3 days used)

• Daily Rate: $9 ÷ 28 days = $0.32

• Refund Amount: $9 − ($0.32 × 3) = $8.04

• Same-day refund: MAX(1, 0) = 1 day deducted → $9 − $0.32 = $8.68 refunded

6. Plan Upgrade

  • When upgrading to a higher plan, your current plan is cancelled immediately.
  • The unused portion of your current plan is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • Your new plan starts immediately from today, with a new billing cycle starting today.
  • The expected refund amount is displayed before you confirm the upgrade.

7. Plan Downgrade

  • Downgrading to a lower plan does not take effect immediately.
  • You retain your current plan until the end of the billing period with no refund.
  • The new lower plan is automatically applied starting from your next renewal date.

8. Payment Failure

  • If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will automatically retry the charge.
  • After final failure, your account status changes to "past due."
  • If the payment method is not updated, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at the email below. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of payment. Processing takes 3–5 business days.
