Subscription plan, payment status, billing period (payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored by ERD Studio)

Automatically Collected

IP address, browser type, access timestamps, and service usage logs

Service delivery and operation (authentication, project storage, sharing)
Subscription and payment management (plan activation, renewal, refund processing)
Customer support and inquiry responses
Statistical analysis for service improvement (aggregated, de-identified data)
